Cinepolis India — No Ticket Confirmation Cinepolis

Hello,
I have booked a ticket on Friday for Sunday show. Paid for 1 ticket but haven't got confirmation yet on ticket or m-ticket. Even my money got debited from my account. Please look into it.

Movie name - shang- chi and legend of ten rings
Movie date and time - 19 Sep, 11:45 am
Theatre location - Cinepolis CCPL Mall Malkajgiri

Updated by Havishc Given complaint on Cinepolis for ticket issue. Money was deducted but I haven't got any ticket. Given complaint one month back but still no response.
