[Resolved] Cinepolis India — not receiving a bill for the coffee | |||
Went to buy a cappuccino around 6pm today & paid in cash ₹150 and the guy returned ₹10 back. It was mentioned on the pos that if you don’t get bill your order is free. The individual made the coffee and handed me over. I then informed that i have not received the bill and told him that i am now eligible to get it for free. The guy started arguing and started giving excuses. He then printed the bill and tried to hand it over to which i denied. My only point here is if you are not able follow on the things you commit to people and don’t follow it, why would you make false commitments at first place. Really disappointed.
