Cinepolis India — Not receiving the ticket

Respected Sir/Mam
I Archit Shikare, booked ticket for the Movie Black Adam (2D English) of 12:50 p.m, 22nd October 2022. Of Nexus Seawoods, Mumbai from your Cinepolis app.
I have also shared the receipt of the payment . So I hopefully look forward to get my ticket as soon as possible or else I'd like to get my all money refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.
