[Resolved] Cinepolis India — online ticket money deducted but ticket not issued | |||
On 14th of sep i had booked 2 tickets online for ₹350 at cinestar majiwada thane w, money was deducted but ticket was not issued. I messaged cinepolis on twitter who assured me refund and asked me to book tickets again i did that. Later after few days they revert saying they haven't received any payments. I gave them receipt of payment for which they said they will get back but till date they are just ignoring the situation and giving me run around.
