[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Paid money through PhonePe but movie tickets wasn't booked. Want my money back!!

Today, i.e on 22nd March 2022, I tried to book 2 tickets for the movie RRR which is releasing on 25th March and for the 7:15 AM show through "Cinepolis India" APP. I paid money through "PhonePay" and later the page was showing some error and didn't receive my tickets and I paid "856 Rs" which was not returned. I Request you to find the solution and return my money back ASAP!!
This is not the first time I faced this situation and hope you understand and solve this issue.

Could you please confirm if you have received a confirmation email from [protected]@cinepolis.in on your registered email ID? Please check your spam folder and do let us know in case if you have noted down the booking ID from the screen as well.
