[Resolved] Cinepolis India — patron complaint not addressed for 8 months | |
I lodged a patron complaint about 8 months ago, still haven't got proper Resolution on the matter. Refer to my email sent on [protected]@cinepolis.com. By The name of lord vader. I am cinepolis club member now and regular patron at your cinemas. Please look into my matter and get back to me on mentioned phone number. Thank you. I've processed another solicitude on web please refer that as well. I've tried every contact numbers i found on internet but no luck. If mumbai/thane baesd authority not addressing my issue, then i have to escalate this to gurgaon head office. Kindly look into the matter and oblige. Was this information helpful? | |
