Cinepolis India — Payment debited but ticket not issued

My order I'd is[protected] I issued 2 tickets. exited the app for payment on my UPI app, when I opened the Cinepolis app again the page was gone. There are no tickets shown in my booking history and no confirmation email or message for ticket booking was received but as you can see in the attachment the money has been deducted from my account. I complained thorough mail . But nothing has been done yet! Kindly look into the matter.
