Cinepolis India — Payment Deducted but cant see the booking ticket on the cinepolis app

Hi There,

I was booking 3 seats for Pathaan (26th Jan - 11am - Viviana Mall Normal 2d) and I paid Rs. 812, but I cant see the ticket in my account. Please help me out with this, attaching the payment receipt with this email.

Hi, I received the Email but the amount still hasnt been refunded. Haven't noted the booking ID and can't find it. Its been around 10 days, please help.
