[Resolved] Cinepolis India — payment deducted but tickets not received | |
I booked the tickets from cinepolis ios app on 1st June 2018 for Carry On Jatta 2 movie (show timing was around 7:45). Initially i booked 7 tickets using my debit card and money of amount 1290 was deducted but no confirmation was received . Later i check onto the seats, which was still available. Next time i booked again 7 tickets which amounts to 1540 using BHIM upi but same thing happened again. I was charged and no confirmation was received.
