Cinepolis India — Payment is made but no ticket confirmation | |||
You people asked me to use cinepolis app, and I agreed to use it. Everything went very smooth until the payment thing. Once I make the payment, there isn't confirmation on payment, however the money is cut. Also, I don't have transaction number as well. How to track this and how will I get my money back. And the customer care number mentioned is connecting to wrong person. This bloddy very bad experience. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have booked my tickets for MSD The untold story on 30/09/2016 at around 9:00PM . The amount was deducted from my account but it said transaction has failed. Very disappointed with Cinepolis and i intend to take this issue very seriously if its not resolved soon
