Cinepolis India — Payment of food items at the theatre | |||||
Booking ID - CP[protected]. I went to watch 'Arrival' movie to Cinepolis Viviana mall on December 4, 2016. I wanted to buy popcorn but the person refused to accept debit card. When I contacted manager, he said same problem is coming for 2-3 days. This means they are doing nothing to fix the problem. They should have multiple service providers for card payments to avoid this. They are resisting the country's efforts to go cashless. This is shameful. Also, the same complaint I tried to submit at their website. But, I am getting error message that the page could not be retrieved. This means they are not even listening to the customers. Disgusting.
