I spoke to Devender, today around 11.30.pm night show.
While purchasing popcorn, i asked him that popcorns fall down from the bucket, i need something else either some plate or anything. He blatantly denied for that saying we dont do anything, said we dont have anything.
We buy popcorns for 380/-, which is too expensive already and then just to provide a plat seems so pathetic. Totally dissatisfied and pathetic experience on this small issue..
Need this to escalate to higher authorities to understand how the customers are treated
Also at the ticket booking, they have one machine running and the queue was so long and instead of doing anything, they just keep denying for everything.
