[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Refund money of movie ticket

I had booked 2 tickets of Guardian of galaxy 2 (IMAX 3D) Premium seat L8-9, morning show (8:25 am) from Paytm (order id:-[protected]) at cinepolis westend mall sumanship Pune. But the show was cancelled due to some technical issue. They had told the money will get refunded if you have booked it online. But the money is not refunded up till now . The amount is 769rs (i had received 100rs cash back from paytm while booking), so the amount to be refunded back is 669rs.

I went in cinepolis Triton mole Jhotwara & went to canteen to buy Patty bit the were not allowed to buy single. The main issue is that there is no menu card contained this details and this is not fair.
