I had done a particular transaction through cinepolies website for buying tickets on 3rd may 2018 at 8.30 pm but as the amount has been deducted from my acnt but i was not able to get tickets after reaching to cinepolies patna they said that the amount will refund back with in 7 days and its now 16th may and i did not get my amount yet in my acnt. At the time of booking they had raise some igadllmdx3 please help me by solving my problm
