[Resolved] Cinepolis India — refund not yet received

I had complained earlier also but have not received any positive response.
I made a online reservation of 04 tickets on 10th june 2017 for rabta movie at cinepolis centre square mall kochi. The money was deducted from my bank account by the tickets were not generated. The reference number for the bank transaction is:[protected] for rs. 680.72. Could you have the refund processed as it been due since 02 months now.
