[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Refund of money for non receipt of ticket | |||||
I had booked 4 ticketsonline amounting to rs. 648/- on 10 june for 2245 show at kochi of movie raabta. The money was deducted from my bank as i had opted for net banking but i did not receive any ticket confirmation. When i reached cinema hall, there was no reservation and i had to but tickets across the counter. I have written twice to cinepolis but they have not yet responded to my grievance nor they have refunded my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
