Cinepolis India — Refund problem for cancelled transaction

I booked tickets from cinepolis website on 3 Jan 2020 but tickets doesn't booked and money has been deducted from my bank account.
Next morning I got mail regarding refund. But till today, money has not been credited to my account.
My refund I'd : 1136299
