[Resolved] Cinepolis India — refusing ticket for not having change

Sir,

I am a cinepolis member. This happen when i went to watch shazam at cinepolis, inorbut mall vadodara, gujarat. Ticket of rs. 170/- for the show of 1:30 pm on 05.04.19 was refused because i don't have change. I was only having rs 500/- with no credit or debit cards. So i was refused ticket for not having change for rs. 170/-.

Kindly take necessary action against such unprofessional behaviours.
