[Resolved] Cinepolis India — seat exchange

I booked j row seat number but i got different seat numbers and also there is no helpline contact number or anything also When try to contact the number it always say it doesn't exit i even try there email no results I totally booked six tickets in that i booked 5 together and last one separate near to the same seat but when i proceeded with pay i got totally different seat i don't know what do i can't even cancel it or exchange it there is no option in it Was this information helpful?
