I'm priya sharma, a consumer of your cinema service and hospitality.
This is to bring to your kind notice that yesterday (2 March 2022) I've bought two VIP tickets for gangubai. I had preferred Cinepolis because of its good reputation and popularity among the people. But I regret to find that my seat wasn't working properly for which I've bought that tickets. I wanted to feel a luxury experience but it was an unsatisfactory service.
I've bought 1 classic combo(colddrink popcorn, hotdog)before lunch and ice cream + one extra hot dog after lunch..
They have given me choice in popcorn flavour and I've choosed butter popcorn but there wasn't butter in popcorn, then I went to customer service counter so they have told me they don't add extra butter, which I found to be wrong because I'm customer of Cinepolis since long and I know whether they add extra butter or not.
After break meal they didn't provide us hotdog but started giving excuses and replace it with aaloo patty(you may find my food bill with seat number)
I've informed the Cinepolis volunteer regarding the seat issue but no action taken by them.
I shall feel obliged if you kindly refund my charges so my faith in you will be remain same.
