[Resolved] Cinepolis India — service, noise leakage, cleanliness | |||||
Respected authority, I would like to inform the awful situation faced by me on 11th aug 2017 when i came to watch war of the planet of the apes at 10:10pm at cinepolis, seasons mall, pune. I faced major inconvenience especially when i had to purchase my tickets as there are 7 ticket counters and only 2 of the counters are active and the remaining do not have any staff running them! Besides the long queue and missing the beginning of my movie as always, when i was watching the movie, i could hear bollywood music and loud vibrations and thumoing from the next auditorium. I have faced this issue previously as well, this is not the first time, i am deeply disturbed and upset as i was unable to watch my moie, my time and energy was totally wasted as there was nothing done about this! When i went to the box office to complain the manager at the box office kept refusing this and i had to ask him to come with me to the auditorium after which he till shamelessly denied the sound leakage taking place from the next auditorium disrupting our movie, when i asked another staff member he clarified it out mentioning he could her the music from the next auditorium as well! This has been the most disgusting, despiteful experience i have ever had in any multiplex. Besides this the manager named rahul ([protected]) refused to process my refund and kept delaying me with his random ranting about unnecessary things in order to waste my time and give me complimentary tickets which seemed inappropriate considering i was really furious with this issue repeating for the second time! He said he was unable to process the refund the same day and then took over 30 mins of my time just to process it. The priority of your multiplex and the managing director should not have to be to expand to 400 screens when he is unable to manage a tiny multiplex with just 12 screen that is terribly managed, dirty, stinky, noise polluted with sounds of each auditorium leaking into the next auditorium!!! I am truly surprised as to who has been hired to manage and maintain this multiplex as it doesn't even deserve a single star out of five. I would rather be home and watch a movie than to come to the multiplex to stand in the queue for over 20 mins when there are 5 other ticket counters at the box office inactive, only to spend my money to miss the beginning of my movie n then get disturbed by noise pollution from the next auditoriums!! I am disgusted of cinepolis and i shall discourage all of my friends and family members from coming to cinepolis ever again!! I shall highlight this article in several online publications, blogs, newspapers and the media through my journalist friends as there has to be strict action taken about this immediately!! Is there anyone in charge of quality control for this terrible multiplex? My time, money, energy, fuel has been wasted to come to your low grade multiplex to watch a movie and to receive such unaccomodating unacceptable service! Is there anything as awful as that?
