Respected Sir I had booked two movie tickets for Badhai Do for Sunday, February 27 (1:30pm show) on Friday, February 25 in Cinepolis TDI Jagat Mall, Chandigarh using Bookmyshow. On February 26th, I received a call from the mall informing me that the show for which I had booked was not scheduled and there has been a system error. They asked me to book for another movie instead, of which I wasn't willing. I asked them to provide me a full refund of my ticket, which they had agreed upon but I still haven't received it. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I have attached the mobile tickets for your consideration.
