[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — subtitles issue for english movies

In vijayawada location we have two cinepolis multiplexes

One is at (Pvp square mall) and second one is at (Power one mall)...

There is no problem with pvp square mall cinepolis multiplex...

The problem is only with cinepolis power one mall, tulasi nagar, vijayawada-520007

The projector persons who was working doesn't know how to enable subtitles for english movies... I only watch english movies in cinepolis because of the quality of picture, sound and 3d effects of english movies... The only problem is with the subtitles... Because of not enabling the subtitles option while projecting so many of the people were suffering for some deep english movies... Another thing is that the same movie i watched in cinepolis pvp square mall the subtitles are coming and the same movie i watched in cinepolis power one mall the subtitles are not screening...

Solve the issue as soon as possible... Don't lose your reputation with these silly issues... Try to solve the issue with concerned person and make a note the problem is solved...

Since five months i repeatedly complaining regarding this issue in the multiplex while i'm visiting for watching movie with the incharge of the work who is concerned... He is the most who is very irresponsible even after complaining some many times... He doesn't have patience to listen the problems of the viewers who are complaining...

I want clear explanation regarding this because i was suffering a lot every week while watching movies...

Please tell me if the problem is not able to solve by you people and i know very well where i have to complaint regarding these consumer satisfaction problems...

Solve the issue as soon as possible and inform me after solving after the issue either to my mail or to my mobile number...

I want to be communicated whether the problem is solved or not...
