[Resolved] Cinepolis India — the m-ticket sent via sms is not opening

I have booked two tickets through cinepolis website at cinepolis esplanade bhubaneswar on 24.04.2019 for the movie avengers:end game (3d-eng) for the 11:55 am show. I have received booking confirmation mail and one sms for downloading the m-ticket.

But, the link in the sms for downloading the m-ticket is not opening.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

Thanks for confirming us. Apologies for the inconvenience caused with the M-ticket link. However, you can visit the respective cinema and show the Booking ID (mentioned in the screenshot attached) at the entry of the cinema. Furthermore, please do carry the transaction proof that includes (SMS from Bank/other mode of the amount being deducted). Do get back to us in case further assistance is required.
