[Resolved] Cinepolis India — the sms link to download the tickets does not work | |||||
I booked 2 tickets for today's 4 aug 2018 11:25 pm show of karwaan in vip viviana thane mall operated by cinepolis india. I had used their website to book the tickets and paid via net banking. The sms that i received contains a link from cinepolis to download the m tickets and the link does not work. I was also suppose to get the confirmation of this purchase from cinepolis via email. I have not received any email confirmation / tickets so far. Rs 1430 has been deducted from my account and i have an sms confirmation for this from my bank. My money has been deducted and i can't download the m-tickets from the sms link to show as proof to enter the hall. I have already written 3 emails to cinepolis to retrieve tickets via email, but all i get in an auto generated response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
