I made a payment via debit card for booking 4 tickets of Fast and the furious 8 at fun nsq mall pitampura

Yesterday after making a payment on your website I received a message that payment has been deducted but there was a problem between the site and server regarding the booking and I was asked to contact for further details.

Please help me with the same asap.
