[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Ticket booking-reg | |||||
I am siivakumar, and booked ticket for kaatru veliyidai, show timings on 9th sunday 11.00am thro' online using my debit card. I have received the message in the screen, "we are very sorry, but there has been a problem between the webserver and the cinema you have been charged. You can ring the helpline to get your money refunded". But there is no response in helpline, Now i start booking once again, still i received the same message on screen that the ticket is not booked. After a while, when i was reading m mails i come to know that the ticket is booked twice for kaatru veliyidai. Now i want to cancel the 4 tickets which is booked later.
