Please help with my ticket confirmation

I booked movie 96 for today nov 6, 15:55 show @ royal meenakshi mall, bangalore

Rs.1260 was deducted from my bank but not ticket confirmation got due to gateway time out error

Below is the bank confirmation, please help urgently

Rs.1260.00 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 7905 on[protected]:10:14:45 at cinepolis87175.
