[Resolved] Cinepolis India — tickets were not booked but the money was deducted

I booked tickets for jagga jasoos for 15th july, 2017, show timing - 14:30.
Amount of rupees 800/- got deducted by i did not get the tickets.

And its september and still no action has been taken in this regard.

Thus you are requested to refund the amount of 800/- as soon as possible.

When i visted cinepolis mantra mall attapur hyderabad,
I will visited every week i ask at counter vip tickets,
they will tell no vip tickets, every week . when i see in online also its not showing. where it go vip tickets, if not what happening for vip tickets .
if i am the regular customer, i[censored] wont support, so pls give me some explanation.
