I had booked 6 tkts of junglebook movie on 13th april 2016. my 1st transaction failed so booked 2nd time for the same movie same row and seat numbers which was passed. But cinepolis have collected money against failed and passed transactions. Details are as under: 1st failed transaction id:[protected], ref no:[protected] time:12:32AM transactionFAILED amt:1783.08 2nd PASSED trasaction id:[protected], ref no:[protected], time:12.38AM amt:1783.08 Pl respond and refund my amount rs. 1783.08 against failed trasaction.
