Cinepolis India — Transaction issue, refund needed

I booked two tickets under the name of Vidhi Sharma for Drishyam 2, Cinepolis Lake Mall Kolkata, show timing- 1:10 p.m Sunday, 27th November. The money was debited from my account but the transaction failed. Hence, I need a refund to be processed asap.

i have not received any confirmation email whatsoever. when i made the booking, the amount was deducted and then the website just redirected me to a page saying that my transaction was not successful
For the second time I'm facing the same problem from Cinepolis service but this time if I didn't get the refund I'm definitely going to complain in consumer forum for sure.
