[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — transaction successful but tickets not generated

Dear team,

I tried booking 2 tickets for “how to train your dragon 3” 5:55pm imax show at cinepolis viviana mall through your website.
Payment was made through upi and has been successful but there has been no tickets generated yet. (Have attached transaction confirmation screenshots for reference over mail)

Please resolve the same at the earliest
