[Resolved] Cinepolis India — transaction unsuccessful but balance got debited | |||
Good evening sir/maam. With due respect i would like to inform that while doing a card transaction in cinepolis guwahati on 25th morning, my first transaction got unsuccessful because of some network issue but my amount got credited to cinepolis account so i again added one more ticket, selected the same seat and booked along with one extra ticket to change the amount to rs 1350 in order to avoid confusion. Later by night when checking i didn't get the amount back to my account. If my first transaction was successful then i couldn't have booked the same seat again. Kindly look into the matter and request you to revert my amount of rs.1080 to my used card as soon as possible if the amount is credited to your account. Was this information helpful? | |||
