[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — two tickets price deducted from bank account show timing and seat no is same

Hi sir, i have booked one movie ticket on 30 april 2017 from http://www.cinepolisindia.com, they have deducted 2 ticket price from my bank account cost of one ticket was inr 167.18. But they deducted 2 movie ticket price for same seat and same show time 7.25pm, i have got confirmation email twice with same transaction i'd 689826. I have reported this issue with cinepolis support team, no response from there side they just keep delaying writing email as we will get back to you soon we are closely working, it more than 6 months whenever i write email to support team in reply i am getting response saying they are working on this issue and get back to you soon. Sir i have spend more time writing email to them and waiting for them resolve my issue. Please help

Same message I can't expect from you. I want my money back, you keep on delaying my issue writing email to me allow us some time when ever I write email to support team, can you tell me how much time you require it's been 8 months I have reported this issue. I can give you all emails written to support team

Hi Cinepolis,

I don't understand, can you please let me know for what you require time, its been more than 8 months.
I have bank account transaction and acknowledgement email from cinepolis India website. I have booked 1 ticket but amount deducted for two tickets. May I know for what you are looking for? If you need any other information related to this transaction let me know but don't put me on hold
