Dear Cinepolis Team,
This is with regards to the second bad experience I had during my visit to you cinema the second time in ludhiana, last week I had gone to book a ticket and you cashier was taking care of a customer complaint with regards to the customer point not added to his member ship card,
so after I purchased 4 ticket worth 950 he swiped the customer card on my billing, this is a wrong practise your cashiers are following .
I am also from a service industry and so can understand that this is a wrong practice.
Today again I had gone to book a ticket for tomorrow shows, but the cashier was least bother about the Q and there was not a single Q manager to maintain the Q and he was doing the online booking first .
I am also a customer and will pay for the ticket i am booking, after when i had asked him that why is he doing so he rudely replied that by showing my the board that please go to next counter .
i would request you to plss manager the customer dealing in a better way and the behaviour of the staff is just not acceptable.
i asked the staff to call Anshul ( Cinema Manager ) he replied that he si on off, and i asume he is not as being such a busy sunday a cinema manger cant take an off.
I had visited only twice to cinepolis and both the experience are just against a great customer experience,
i hope you will look in to this matter and train you staff to behave with the customer.
