[Resolved] Cinepolis India — unable to download m-ticket via the link given | |
Completed booking a ticket a Cinepolis Manjeera Mall hyderabad using the cinepolis website on 21st April 2019. On completion of payment and order, I received the confirmation email and an SMS to download the M-ticket. But the link does not work. No response from the customer care till now as well. The booking does not even show up in the booking history. Would be great if you could resolve this and allow me to download the M-ticket or email the same. Was this information helpful? | |

However, you can visit the respective cinema and show the Booking ID (mentioned in the screenshot attached) at the entry of the cinema. Furthermore, please do carry the transaction proof that includes (SMS from Bank/other mode of the amount being deducted). Do get back to us in case further assistance is required.
