Cinepolis India — Unable to watch movie as Cinepolis did not have parking available for VIP Hall Customers

Booked two ticket for 1200 on 27th Aug 2023.

On reaching Cinepolis VIP center Square Mall security informed no parking available as MG road did not have any paid parking available hence we could not watch movie.

When mall is charging 600 rs for a ticket cinepolis should ensure movie goers have ample parking available as the customer cannot park vehicle on road and come for a 3 hr movie.
