Cinepolis India — Very less sound and negligence in work

Address:Orion East Mall bansawadi

Right now I am at Orion East Banaswadi, watching. Omg 2 10:30 pm show at 22/08/2023 and 1st half have been over, the entire first off movie did not have proper sound and i feel they have done it with purposefully . Kindly look into it .
