Did not receive a printed ticket or bill for our movie ticket purchase. The cashier took my phone to click a photo of the selected seats and asked us to show it to the gate agent. While we were allowed to enter, I am concerned about the authenticity of the transaction. There also was a sign that said that Cinepolis will issue the tickets for free in case the customer does not receive a printed bill. What should I do?
