Citi Bank Credit Card — Extra charge and delay to closing card-

I have complaint to citi bank credit card closing before they couldnot closer it and make a payment on large and after some months they close card and tell to me big amount of paymenti have said him to close card but they didnot close this card they want unwanted charges from me
