Citi Bank Credit Card — Not processed ecs and charged late payment

Dear All, Please don't take CITI Bank Credit Card and the harassment from them is very severe inspite of their mistake. I have registered for auto payment more than 3 times and they are incapable of processing the same. Not even any communication from them. Due to this my payment was delayed 2 days and charged late payment. I conveyed the same to call centre and they disconnecting the cal refused give the ticked No. They keep on charging the interest and harassment is too much.
