I inform you that without inform me Citi bank deducted ₹9437/- from my citi credit card and renew the my policy.

I call to Citi bank for cancell the policy he told me you have to pay 10% of cancellation charges..

Sir, I want to know who is responsible for this.
How can deduct the amount without my Authorization and without OTP.

Dear All, Please don't take CITI Bank Credit Card and the harassment from them is very severe inspite of their mistake. I have registered for auto payment more than 3 times and they are incapable of processing the same. Not even any communication from them. Due to this my payment was delayed 2 days and charged late payment. I conveyed the same to call centre and they disconnecting the cal refused give the ticked No. They keep on charging...

I have complaint to citi bank credit card closing before they couldnot closer it and make a payment on large and after some months they close card and tell to me big amount of paymenti have said him to close card but they didnot close this card they want unwanted charges from me...
