Citi Finance — loan against insurance

I want to complain against CITI FINANCE, they have done fraud with my family. They have promised us that they will give us a loan of Rs 12 Lakhs against one insurance policy of Bharti AXA life insurance. it will be interest free loan which we will get after doing the policy within 15 days. but its been more than 2 months and we havent got any loan amount. we got to know that they are fraud and make people fool. they do the policy take their commision and doesnt provide any loan. i will mention the name and contact no of the people who called up. their are many fraud people associated with them but the call we received was from Shahid - [protected], Priya - [protected]
They are all fraud people, making fool of other people by cheating them, who are in need of money or going through financial crisis. please be aware of these fraud people, and please take strict actions against these kind of fraud people who cheat others.
