Citibank — blackmailing from citibank credit card team | |||||
I applied for citi bank credit long back. But I didn’t receive the card.After few months I started receiving messages about the due about for the Citibank credit card. I tried to contact the customer Care in my free times, but I couldn’t reach them. I hope their customers know well about how difficult to reach them.now I am receiving messages that ur card has blocked on account of overdue of payment for last 6 months. Recently, I applied for a loan and found that my cibil score is less due to this Citibank credit card. I started to contact the customer care again. Daily 1 hour continuously I tried for a month. One fine day my call connected and asked them the reason. They are saying that they sent the credit card, so they are charging the amount. I said but I didn’t receive the card then how can you charge? They started blackmailing that you should pay the amount otherwise, you won’t get any loan.we will send this messages continuously until you pay the money. I sent a mail to the head customercare of citibank stating the issue. But I didn’t get any reply regarding my issue. Relly they are blackmailing me in a corporate style.
