Citibank — Credit card noc

Hi,

I had credit card with number: [protected] with you and i have made the total payment. But i recently checked my cibil report its still showing active wherein it has to be closed.

Paisa baazar/bank baazar shows its closed but cibil shows active.

I request you to clear the same and send me noc letter, as i was calling the collection department the call is not getting through to them and its been disconnected.

Please send closure letter on [protected]@gmail.com as my account is having incorrect mail id as well.
