Citibank — fraud attempt on my credit card | |||
Sir, i onkar nath singh combatant member of india air force having credit card of yours. Yesterday at around 9 pm, i made a call to indigo customer care which was displayed on google i. E., [protected] but after the call was transferred to another no: [protected] which was a fraud no. After some time call received by me from unknown no : [protected] saying that he was a representative from indigo to solve my issue regarding cancellation of air ticket. There after he asked my credit card details from which i booked my ticket and said to type the code which was received on my registered no. I, with out knowing that it was from a fraud guy, who also swabbed my mobile no, wrote that code on my mobile message. After few seconds four transactions occurred of around 19990 /- each. I immediately brought this matter to customer care of citi bank credit card customer care. But when i called upon the customer care, instead of bringing my moral up, he asked when will we issue new card... Is this the way you behave with your customers... Really pathetic... You should bring confidence in customers by sort out the issues. Please look into this Was this information helpful? | |||

I hv alredy manage the amount for the marriage so .. I dont nid loan amount so please requesting to cancel my loan amount ... Wil be so grateful ...

I had a creditcard 2011-12 for which i have closed it by settling the amount
i need the settlement acknowledgment letter
i have contact citi barnch(they didnt help), cutomer care service (no help)
and collection department (they say my credit card number is not valid)
please help me to get my conformation of settlement letter
