Citibank — misbehaviour by security guard

I just returned from the atm after withdrawing money. While in the queue, i asked the guard whether or not 500 rs notes were available, he said yes. Two other people who went in before me, stood in the queue of the adjacent atm machine serviced by icici bank. So i asked the guard are you sure there's cash available. He started replying rudely by saying how many times will i tell you? This is the fifth time i am telling you there's cash. I responded by saying since he is doing his duty, it is his job to tell me. To this he started passing racist comment by saying you people from nagaland do not know how to speak in hindi, do not try to reach me how to do my duty. I will shove a bamboo up your rear and send you back to nagaland. I honestly did not want to argue further as i am a student, and do not want to put my life in jeopardy as i know how racist a place delhi is. And what many people from the northeast have gone through in the past, some even lost their life. But i wish if someone from city bank reads this, some action be taken againstthe guard on duty.
