I have purchased medicines from raj medical and general stores, mahim mumbai-400016 vide cash memo no :ca/11313 for rs.7350 dated26/10/2019 and paid him by by citi rewards card lata raghunath shanbhag visa platinum (Card ending 8903 — 09/22 — ) and all expences to be debited to raghunath r shanbhag card ending 0574 04/22 visa. I have not received any intimation on my mobile[protected] and on my email [protected]@gmail.com. The details of transaction is as under. (It appears that supplier has received cash from you)
