Citibank — Refund amount not credited in bank account

I had to receive a refund amount of rs 794 from Swiggy. I already got a confirmation from them that the refund amount is credited from their end. But i have still not received any refund amount.
Please help in providing the refund amount since, they say it has been done from their end.
Kindly take immediate action as soon as possible.
