Citibank — they said they will provide loan against policy

Hii i have received a call from a girl named neha she introduced herself as a citibank employee. And told me that citibank provides loan against insurance policy. As if you want to take loan of 300000 than you will need to buy a policy of 10% of loan amount as its 30000 for 3 lakh loan.they said you have to pay online for this scheme. And i have paid 35000.
